Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t accept a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return we can:

  • Refund you in full (including shipping) for your purchase
  • Send you another item of the same price
  • Send you another item of a lower price and a partial refund
  • Send you another item of a higher price and you pay the difference
  • Offer you in-store credit which can be used to purchase any items in our store

Contact us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label if you are able to print one yourself. If you don’t have a printer, we will provide you with the correct address to send your return.

We can only issue refunds and/or other items when we receive your refund at the correct address (which may not be the return address on the shipping label). To avoid any problems, please contact us first so there are no mixups.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Custom products goods cannot be returned.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
