If you would like to return an item, please contact us so we can issue you with a prepaid return label.

Please be sure to pack your item carefully in the original packing if you still have it. Gifts may only be returned for a refund to the original purchaser. Refunds will be made for the purchased amount of the product only.

Once we have received your returned item, we will issue you with a refund. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. Refunds can take 3-7 business days to process.

If your order arrived defective, please send us a picture of the item and we will refund you or send you a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Because our thumbprint and fingerprint jewelry is custom-made and unique, orders for this products cannot be refunded.

You can change your order if we have not yet shipped your order yet. To change your order before it is shipped, please contact us here ASAP so we can make the necessary adjustments to your order.

If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to return it to us if you want to get a different item.
